Bitch Grenache ’08  $11

Barossa Valley
Always limited in quantity and hard to find, the Bitch Grenache is brick red with pink hues, it has a sweet, confectionary nose with some cinnamon & spice. 2008 was a hot year in the Barossa resulting in a big, jammy and ripe Grenache worthy of any barbeque feast.

Pure Evil Chardonnay ‘07  $10
Barossa Valley

100% Chardonnay treated in Light French Oak briefly during fermentation resulting in a lovely and affordable Chardonnay that shows peach, melon, ripe tropical fruits and a hint of cashew. This wine is creamy and luscious, a summer tradition. 

Strong Arms Shiraz ‘07  $10
McLaren Vale

Always a crowd favorite, the ’07 Strong Arms Shiraz has a sweet-fruited vibrant nose of violets, plums,  and cherry. The palate has rich blackberry, raspberry, licorice and tar. The wine finishes with a creamy, vanillin oak and slightly smoky character. Screams BBQ ribs!

Majella Cabernet-Shiraz “The Musician”  ‘06 $20
Coonawarra

This blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon & 30% Shiraz shows fresh berry with spicy notes the palate is plumy and silky giving a soft finish. Last of the vintage - Extremely limited. 

Permutations Pinot Noir  ‘08  $15
Yarra Valley

A light, bright and fresh Pinot Noir, well structured with savory, complex characters and nice texture. Rich plum, red berries, beetroot and herbal notes on the nose, with berries and rosemary following on the palate. Subtle, sweet dark fruit, toasty oak and fruit of the forest.

Marquis Philips Holly’s Blend ‘08  $10
McLaren Vale

55% Verdelho, 29% Chardonnay, 9% Riesling, 7% Semillon.  This unique wine has a fresh and aromatic style, with the complexities of barrel matured fruit and the freshness of the summer varieties. The Verdelho showing the melon and stone fruit notes, the barrel fermented Chardonnay providing complexity and the aromatic varieties showing limes and lemons. Serve with shrimp on the barbie!
