Normally, I’m a little fearful of nail places.  A few bad experiences have left me slightly apprehensive to hand over my cuticles to just anyone.  Out of desperation for a pedicure I stopped into Royalty Nails in Burien.  Biting my non-manicured fingernails as they began, I silently reassured myself that all would be fine and I would scream loudly if it wasn’t. Ending on a happy note, I was surprised at how amazing they were.  Of course, I always love the massaging chairs that almost fling you out of it, if put on highest setting.  They also massage your shoulders when you get a manicure which was another bonus!

Recently before heading out of town for a basketball tournament, I went in and asked if they could paint a basketball on my toe during the pedicure.  I didn’t come prepared and had no idea that drawing a basketball would be so difficult.  After I tried several attempts of drawing one on paper, she went to Starbucks next door and asked some guys to try drawing it, then she called her son and he tried describing it over the phone.  We had circles, semi-circles and lines everywhere but none that looked like a basketball.  Luckily another customer googled it on her i-phone and we got the perfect picture.  It was very sweet that they took so much time and effort to do a great job.  Thanks Royalty Nails!!
