Market Place Salon & Day Spa-Discover it Burien!

Another gem in town that needs to be mentioned and brought to the attention of Burien residents is the Market Place Salon & Spa. Recently a friend of mine went there and had an amazing experience. I’ve never been inside so I was excited to hear about her experience….so let’s go!

“The day started off with a very exciting Limo ride by Amy’s Limo Service. limo After being warmly greeted by Daniel, the owner of Market Place Salon, I was off for an amazing 1-hour massage! Bridget the Massage Therapist is an expert and left me feeling so relaxed. Aaaah, now off to a facial with Tayrn. What to expect? I wasn’t sure since I’d never had one before. Queen for a day is a good defintion. It was purely refreshing! Today was a day for enjoyment and rejuvination. Helen then gave me a lovely manicure with a color I would never normally wear but since it was a special day, red seemed appropriate. I love it! Then lunch was delivered fresh from Emerald Cove Catering. cove_lunch They made something for everyone, even Vegans. Now to finish up my day at Market Place Salon and Spa I visited Jessi. She is a wonderful hair stylist. I have naturally curly hair and not always easy to work with. She started off by cutting 4-5 inches, added carmel highlights and then finished with an all over rich brown color with red undertones.
